St Helena Greensborough
St Helena, Greensborough is a residential subdivision on heavily treed and hilly greenfield site, portion of the land formerly occupied by a church facility. The land is owned by a foreign developer interested in testing experimental ‘community-building’ residential development models. There were many challenges due to pressure from residents of neighbouring suburb areas, and the environmental management restrictions of developing on such a significant pocket of existing woodland.
This site masterplan was produced for marketing purposes. It utilises an accurate CAD base which was extrapolated in illustrator and features photoshop textured elements to produce a lush, environmental focus plan.
