Kingswood Dingley Village

Kingswood Dingley Village is a new residential community sited on the former Kingswood Golf Course.

Tract’s Media team was engaged to produce a community consultation package for Kingswood Dingley Village including graphic plans, signage, community information flyer for letterbox drop, take-away fact sheet and feedback forms, a community portal website (www.kingswooddingleyvillage.com.au) and a video production.

Central to the media package, 3D visualisations communicate Tract’s Landscape Masterplan for the site for early marketing purposes and to communicate the landscape concept to the existing local community. Working in close collaboration with Tract’s Landscape team, the various graphic outputs and animations encapsulate the high quality design that is a hallmark of the Kingswood Dingley Village Development.
